Volunteering
At ANZ, we believe in giving our people an opportunity to get involved and lend a hand in their local communities. Every year, we offer at least one day of paid leave to any staff member who wishes to perform volunteer work in their community.Since our volunteering program first began in 2001, our people have contributed more than 156,000 volunteer hours in Australia and New Zealand to worthwhile community projects - both big and small. And the enthusiasm of our people continues to grow. In 2007 alone, ANZ staff in Australia and New Zealand recorded more than 70,000 volunteer hours. You can find out more at ANZ Volunteers.
